 Prayer Out Loud

Father, You have told us in Your word to take every thought captive into the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). You see me now and what I am going through. I am experiencing (Sadness) when I am not supposed to. Therefore, I take the (Sadness) that I am feeling into the obedience of Christ. He is the ultimate example of how I should behave in this moment. There is no room for (Sadness) in my mind, body, or atmosphere. I stand against it and Your Word has spoken against it and it will leave. I command this in the Name of Jesus.
